Full engine stripdown and rebuild. Plastigauged bearing clearance, head pressure tested and skimmed. Decoked and hand finished exhaust ports, all gaskets replaced, new cambelt + tensioner, new valve stem seals, new head bolts, new Riken piston rings, ACL race bearings; big end and main. Aftermarket Performance parts fitted; AEM fuel rail, Blox Fuel pressure regulator, Buddy Club stage 3+ Cams, AEM TruTime Vernier Pulleys, DC Sports Exhaust Manifold, Apexi Power FC programmable ecu.
